Information shared with these providers is limited to what is necessary for the specific task and is subject to each provider's data processing terms. We use HubSpot as our customer relationship management platform to manage client communications, track sales inquiries, and organize client data. Contact information and interaction history is stored within HubSpot in accordance with their data processing agreement and our data retention policies.
