AdVenture is born
Isaac Rudansky founds AdVenture Media while earning his Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Hofstra University. First clients signed from the apartment. The very first was a dental office in Queens. The second was Superior Washer on Long Island, still a client to this day.
First office. First hire.
Moved into our first office space in Cedarhurst, NY. Hired Danny Tawil as our first full-time team member. Danny still works closely with Isaac and the founding team. Three more hires followed. We hit 20 clients before the year was out.
One million views
Isaac's Google Ads tutorial on YouTube crosses one million views. The first major, successful launch into education and a sign that teaching was going to be a core part of what we do.
The course that changed everything
Isaac launches his comprehensive Google Ads course on Udemy. 40+ hours of instruction, hundreds of lectures. It goes on to sell over 350,000 copies and is considered one of the best-selling marketing courses of all time.
Patrick Gilbert joins
60th client signed. Patrick joins the team and begins his rise to CEO. His obsession with Google's machine learning and automation strategies will define the next decade of the company.
15 team members
Starting to look and feel like a real company. The culture is taking shape. We're outgrowing our space again.
New courses. New headquarters.
Isaac launches two new courses on Meta advertising and landing page design, each selling hundreds of thousands of copies. We move into new headquarters in Hewlett, NY. Four times the size. More than one bathroom. Beautiful glass partitions. We can finally stretch our arms without hitting someone.
Google comes calling
Selected by Google to train their Premier Partners on campaign automation. Patrick delivers keynotes in Dublin, London, and São Paulo. Our series of blog posts on Target CPA bidding goes viral within Google. AdVenture Media buys its own 6,000 sq ft building in Woodmere, NY. We finally move into a home we'll be in for a long time.
Join or Die
Patrick publishes "Join or Die: Digital Advertising in the Age of Automation." It becomes an Amazon best-seller and is considered by many in the industry to be one of the best books on digital advertising ever printed.

Isaac and Patrick ranked #1 and #3 Most Influential PPC Experts by PPC Hero's Top 25. We open offices in Philadelphia, led by Brendan Roach, and Fort Lauderdale, led by Avery Nyman.
Netty Award. Shorty Award.
Won the Netty Award for Innovation in Digital Advertising. Won the Shorty Award for Social Advertising for the Shine a Light campaign, a pro bono initiative that brought real creative firepower to causes that needed it most.
DOLAH sells out
Our annual Day of Learning and Happiness conference sells out. 400 people. Industry City, Brooklyn. Larry Kim keynotes. Isaac keynotes. Attended by industry leaders, clients, and partners. The energy in that room was something we'll never forget.
The Modern Marketing Institute
Isaac and team launch The Modern Marketing Institute. A collection of best-selling courses, subscription training, and tools focused on AI education in performance marketing. Serving over 400,000 students worldwide.
Sherpa goes live
AdVenture Media launches Sherpa. A year-and-a-half-long build at the cutting edge of AI. A more sophisticated media mix model, attribution engine, and creative insight tool built on the most advanced AI infrastructure available today. The platform we always wished existed. So we built it.
