Produce high-performing ad creative using generative AI tools. You need deep familiarity with Midjourney, Runway, Sora, ElevenLabs, and similar platforms. You'll work directly with our Creative Director to concept, produce, and iterate on video ads, static assets, and UGC-style content. This role is equal parts creative intuition and technical execution. If you've never written a prompt that made someone stop scrolling, this isn't the right fit.
Design and build AI infrastructure for our proprietary Sherpa platform. You'll architect data pipelines, implement machine learning models for creative scoring and campaign optimization, and build the tools our strategists rely on daily. We need someone who can think at the system level and ship production code.
Learn paid media from the best in the business. You'll manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn under the mentorship of senior strategists. We'll teach you everything. What we can't teach is curiosity and work ethic. Bring those.
Own client relationships and campaign strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic. You'll manage seven-figure ad budgets, present to CMOs, and use Sherpa to find opportunities humans miss. This role is for someone who's already good and wants to get great.
