To provide partners access to your Meta Ads assets, you can follow these steps using Business Manager. Here’s a clear and structured guide to help you add partners effectively.
Adding Partners to Your Business Portfolio
Go to Business Settings: Login to your Business Manager account and navigate to "Business settings".
Navigate to Partners: Below the "Users" section, click on "Partners".

Add a New Partner:
- Click the "Add" button.
- Select "Give a partner access to your assets".

Enter Partner’s Business ID: Enter your partner's business ID and click "Next".

Assign Business Assets: Choose the business assets you want to assign to your partner.
For each asset, decide the level of access:
- Full Control: This is usually preferred for most assets on Meta.

Specific Asset Recommendations: For most advertisers, it’s helpful to share
- The Page
- The Ad Account
- The Pixel
- Instagram Accounts
- The Datasets (which is replacing pixels)
For App-based businesses, share App access as well.
For e-commerce-based businesses, share Catalog and Commerce Manager access.
Save Changes: After assigning the assets and access levels, click "Save changes".
